Innovative application of electrical motors
December 27th, 2003 · No Comments
From Slashdot, there’s a link to a report on what’s being called “The Whispering Wheel.” Take an electrical motor and turn it inside out so the shaft is motionless and the outer housing spins. Put a tire on the outer housing and you have an electrical wheel. Drop four of those on a vehicle and [...]

More on the Time cover
December 23rd, 2003 · 1 Comment

December 19th, 2003 · 3 Comments

First off, they had no clue as to who founded Kwanzaa, when it was founded and whether it was religious or not. Then, to further their ignorance, they proceeded to mar their PC efforts by serving fried chicken at lunch in [...]

Drudge has a bombshell.
Frustrated with the lack of domestic support, left-leaning website MoveOn.org has apparently been reaching beyond American borders to generate cash revenue over the internet!
Meanwhile, MoveOn.org, which has been running ads critical of the Bush Administration, has named an “International Campaigns Director,” the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
It is not clear how much money [...]
