Ingredients2 shots Vodka (Monopolowa or Tito’s are my favorites)4 oz. V8 juice.dash of Louisiana Hot Sauce2 dashes Worcestershire sauce1 shot olive juiceolives to tasteAdd all ingredients together in a glass filled halfway with ice. Stir. Garnish with a celery stalk, long green bean, or cooked & peeled prawn.

Lagavulin

Lagavulin is a single-malt Scotch whiskey. It is best served mixed with nothing else in the glass. If you prefer, you can sprinkle a few drops of cold water on the whiskey’s surface. This can bring out some pleasant flavors and aromas. I enjoy pairing Lagavulin with a smooth, non-sweet, non-flavored cigar.

Ingredients3 shots Tequila2 shots sweet & sour mix1 shot Bouchant1 shot orange juice (some pulp is nice)1 shot olive juiceAdd ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake to mix; strain into martini glass and top with jalapeno-stuffed olive on a plastic toothpick.
