We listed the Casa de Swanky this week. Everything’s been scrubbed, painted, cleaned and staged for maximum showability. Now we wait. We’ve been lucky, I think, because we’ve had four showings already and in my book, that’s great. Anyone want to buy a house in Austin, let me know.
