Tracking Santa

A 50 year old annual domestic surveillance program is beginning again, says John Noonan at The Officers’ Club. I expect the New York Times has known about this all along and is waiting to publish the story. No word from the Democratic leadership, but I expect calls for hearings to begin at any minute, as no warrants have turned up allowing for this kind of surveillance.

They’re probably waiting for Santa to cross over into US airspace so they can supeana him for distributing toy guns for all of those years when PC wasn’t in vogue.
